Every tab that holds sessions
Found by looking for session data, not by matching tab names, so a Friday or Wednesday tab added
later is picked up on its own. Anything skipped is named on screen.
Merged cells, understood
Time bands and room columns are read from the merge geometry, so a block of blanks is read as
the value above it rather than skipped.
Combined rooms split apart
A booking of Coral 1 & 2 occupies both rooms, so it collides with a separate booking of Coral 1.
Hidden columns still read
Columns hidden in your Excel view are read anyway, and listed, so no value goes missing without
you knowing where it came from.
Cell colors ignored
The color key repeats what the Session Type column already says, so nothing depends on
reading a fill color.
Drop a newer copy anytime
After the team edits the workbook, drop the latest version in again. The file stays the
single source of truth.
